Pivithuru Hela Urumaya leader and former MP Udaya Gammanpila appeared before the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) this morning.
The appearance is reportedly in connection with investigations concerning 323 containers currently under scrutiny.
