Y. Jayachandrakumar, 28, a resident of Sri Lankan Tamils Rehabilitation Centre at Kullursandhai, was found murdered at the entrance of Kullursandhai dam in India on Sunday evening.
The police said that Jayachandrakumar was found with stab injuries on his stomach and also had bleeding injuries on his throat.
Soolakkarai police are investigating. into the motive of the murder, the Hindu reported.
