Former Minister Wimal Weerawansa has been instructed to appear before the Tangalle Police the day after tomorrow in connection with an ongoing investigation.
The summons has been issued regarding a statement he made to the media concerning an individual identified as ‘Beliatte Sana.’
Accordingly, Weerawansa has been directed to report to the Tangalle Police Station at 10 a.m. on the specified date.
