The first phase of the new Seth Piyasa ward complex at the Kandy National Hospital and the Arogya Health and Wellness Centre in Polgollawatta, Kandy, will be vested in the public tomorrow (2), the Health Ministry announced.
The inauguration ceremony will be held in Kandy under the patronage of Health and Mass Media Minister Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa.
According to the ministry, the multi-phase Seth Piyasa project is expected to significantly enhance patient care facilities and expand service capacity at the Kandy National Hospital, one of the country’s leading tertiary care institutions.
