On the occasion of World Rabies Day, the Public Health Division of the Hatton Dickoya Municipal Council organized a free rabies vaccination program for pet dogs and cats today30 at the Municipal Council premises.
Following instructions from the Council the program was conducted by a veterinary surgeon under the supervision of the Municipal Council's Health Division.
The event saw a large turnout of residents bringing their pets for vaccination, reflecting strong community participation in efforts to prevent rabies in the area.
