Fifteen Sri Lankan underworld members, who were the subject of Interpol red notices, have been arrested in Russia, Oman, Dubai, and India, Public Security Minister Ananda Wijepala told Parliament today (11).
The Minister said that arrangements are underway to bring these individuals back to Sri Lanka once the ongoing legal proceedings in their respective countries are completed.
