Two unidentified gunmen on a motorcycle have reportedly opened fire at a group of individuals travelling in a three-wheeler on Heenatiya Road in Ambalangoda.
Police said investigations are underway to identify the suspects and ascertain the motive behind the shooting. Security has been tightened in the area following the incident.
