The Railway Department has announced train cancellations and delays on the coastal route today (24) due to repair work between Dodanduwa and Boossa stations.
The Galle–Colombo Fort train scheduled at 5.15 a.m. and the Maradana–Galle train at 12.10 p.m. have been canceled.
Meanwhile, the Galle–Colombo train scheduled at 5.00 a.m. will run 1.5 hours late, while the 4.10 a.m. Galle–Colombo Fort train will be delayed by 4 hours and 40 minutes.
