The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) has introduced a new digital fuel card system to streamline fuel distribution for government vehicles.
Speaking to media, CPC Managing Director Dr. Mayura Neththikumarage said the initiative will allow government vehicles to refuel at any Ceypetco station across the island, enhancing flexibility and convenience. Each vehicle will be issued a unique digital fuel card to reduce paperwork, improve efficiency, and ensure transparency in fuel usage.
The system is expected to strengthen accountability and governance in public sector fuel management.
